Right of withdrawal
ou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) addressed to Daimler Truck AG, Commercial Vehicle Center Mercedes‑Benz Neu‑Ulm, Mercedes‑Benz‑Platz 1, 89231 Neu‑Ulm, Germany, email: originalteile‑ulm@daimlertruck.com. You may use the model withdrawal form provided. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
