Payment – overview
At checkout, several payment methods are available. The options shown at checkout are decisive. VAT is calculated automatically based on the delivery country and customer type.

Payment methods (quick overview)

  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard)
  • Klarna: Pay Now (instant bank transfer / direct debit), Pay Later (invoice; availability varies by country)
  • Prepayment (bank transfer)
  • The options shown at checkout apply

Credit card

  • Select “Credit card” at checkout
  • Required: card number, expiry date, CVC, cardholder name
  • Strong customer authentication (3‑D Secure): approve the payment in your banking/card app; please do not close the page until the payment is confirmed
  • After confirmation, you are redirected back to the shop automatically

If the card payment fails (common causes)

  • Authentication window closed too early → trigger again and wait for confirmation
  • Approval not completed with your bank/card issuer
  • Pop‑up blocker needs to be disabled
  • Card not enabled for 3‑D Secure → contact your bank/card issuer
  • Outdated browser → update

Klarna (for private customers only; availability varies by country)

  • Pay Later – invoice: typically 30 days from dispatch; payment details are sent directly by Klarna (email/app). Mind the invoice due date; for returns, pause/adjust the invoice in the Klarna portal if needed.
  • Pay Now – instant bank transfer/direct debit: no registration required; multi‑step authentication via your online banking.
  • Notes: Availability may differ by country/currency. For business orders, please use credit card or prepayment. Payment is processed exclusively via Klarna; please do not transfer funds to us directly.

Prepayment (bank transfer)

  • After checkout you receive an order confirmation including bank details
  • Transfer the total amount, stating your order number
  • Processing starts after receipt of payment (bank lead time depends on bank/country)
  • Shipping confirmation including tracking after dispatch
