Private customers
Returns are possible from: Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Switzerland.
Parcel returns are always free of charge.
Freight returns are subject to a flat pickup fee per pickup country (see Return costs); no VAT for Switzerland.

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the original payment method (e.g. Klarna, credit card).
For freight returns, the fixed pickup fee is applied as stated above.

What is the return period?
The return period is 14 days from receipt of goods.

How do I start a return?
Always register your return via the contact form (include order number & item).
If you need an exchange (e.g. wrong size, defect), please mention this in your request.
How should I pack my return?
Please pack securely for transport.
Original packaging is recommended, but not mandatory.
Goods should be undamaged and resaleable where reasonable.
I paid with Klarna — anything to note?
Transit & processing may take a few business days

Important: Keep an eye on the Klarna invoice deadline
If the due date approaches, register the return in the Klarna portal so the invoice can be paused or adjustedIf already paid, Klarna issues the refund automatically after we process your return (plus bank lead time)
I paid by credit card — when is the refund issued?
After receipt and inspection, the refund is issued to your credit card (plus bank lead time).
Parcel returns are always free of charge for private and business customers.
Freight returns: flat fee per pickup country (see “Return costs”).
EU countries: the flat pickup fee is charged net, plus VAT of the respective pickup country.
Switzerland: no VAT.
