We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we aim to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible. Below you will find all the information you need to handle your return smoothly.
You have a 14‑day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

1. Register your return
To start the return process, please submit a return request via our contact form.
Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., does not meet expectations).
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size, defective item), please mention this in your contact request. We will be happy to send you a replacement.
2. Ýour contact request is prcessed
Once we have processed your request, you will receive a free return label by email.
3. Pack the items
Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging (if possible) and ensure they are in their original condition.
4. Ship your return
Attach the return label to your parcel and drop it off with the designated shipping provider.
5. Receipt and processing of your return
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it and issue your refund.

We can only accept items that are undamaged and in their original packaging.
If items are not in their original condition or are returned in an unusable state, we reserve the right to decide whether a refund can be issued. The same applies to items returned after the 14‑day return period. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you.
If you are returning some or all items from your order, please allow several business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received.
Klarna sends your invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please pay close attention to the payment due date indicated on your invoice.
Klarna invoices are due 30 days after you receive the invoice (for payments using Klarna Pay Later).
Your statutory right of withdrawal and the Daimler Truck Shop return policy remain unaffected.
You only pay for the items you decide to keep.
If you have returned one or more items and the invoice due date is approaching, we recommend registering your return directly in the Klarna portal. For assistance, Klarna Customer Service is happy to help.
If the payment due date has passed, Klarna automatically sends a reminder.
In this case, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.
If you returned items that were already paid for, Klarna will automatically refund the amount.
Please wait for the updated invoice confirming that your return has been received.
After that, the refund will usually be credited to your bank account within 2–5 business days.
