Parcel Returns (UPS/DHL)
The return of items eligible for parcel shipping from Germany and Switzerland is free of charge when using the return label provided by us.
Collection (freight shipments)
If a freight pickup is required, the following flat rates apply:
Germany: €50*
Switzerland: €168.07** (excluding VAT)
