However, delivery is only available to the countries listed above.
For all other EU member states, orders can be placed via Click & Collect in Neu‑Ulm only.

Parcel shipping (UPS / DHL)
Shipping with UPS or DHL
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country.
A shipping notification is sent by e‑mail.
For UPS, a tracking link is provided.
For DHL, tracking may be limited or unavailable depending on the shipment.
Note for Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional import charges may apply, such as:
customs duties
import taxes
handling fees or customs clearance fees charged by the carrier
These costs are not charged by us; they are billed directly to the recipient by the carrier or the Swiss authorities.
The carrier may charge a presentation/handling fee.
We have no influence over the type or amount of these fees.
Freight shipping (special items)

Shipping costs depend on the product and the delivery country.
