We understand that sometimes a product does not quite meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we want to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible. Here you will find all the information you need to process your return without any problems.
How long is the return period?
Your right to return is 14 days after receiving your order. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
How does the return work?
1. Register your return
To start the return process, please send us a return request via our contact form. Please include your order number, the item to be returned and the reason for return (e.g. does not meet expectations).
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. ordered the wrong size, defective item, etc.), please indicate this in your contact request. We would be happy to send you a new item.
2. Contact request is being processed:
As soon as we have processed your contact request, you will receive a free return label for return shipping by email.
3. Pack the items:
Place the items to be returned in the original packaging (if possible) and ensure they are in original condition.
4. Shipping your return:
Attach the return label to your package and hand it in to the specified shipping service provider.
5. Receipt and processing of your return:
As soon as we receive the return, we will process it and credit you with the amount. Further information on this can be found below.
What should you pay attention to when returning the product?
We can only take back items that are undamaged and in their original packaging. If you wish to return items that are not in their original condition or in an unusable condition, we reserve the right to decide whether to refund you the value of the goods. The same applies to goods returned to us outside the 14-day return period. Our customer service will contact you in such cases.
What should I bear in mind when returning goods if you have paid with Klarna?
If you wish to return some or all of the items in your order to us, please allow up to a few business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to arrive back at our warehouse and be processed. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your return.
Klarna will send you your invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please be sure to note the invoice due date indicated on your invoice. Klarna invoices are due 30 days (when paying with Klarna Pay Later) after you have received your invoice. Your legal right of withdrawal, as well as the Daimler Truck Shop return policy, remain unaffected by this deadline. You only pay for the items you actually keep.
If you have just returned one or more items and the end of the billing period is approaching, we recommend that you register the return in the Klarna portal. If you have any questions, please contact Klarna customer service.
You have received a reminder although you have already returned your items?
If the payment deadline date on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna customer service directly.
Are you waiting for a refund?
Klarna will automatically refund the amount for items that you have returned but already paid for. Please wait for the updated invoice, which confirms that the return has been received. After that, you can expect about 2-5 more banking days until the amount is back in your account.
